Position: Sr. Director Sales & Customer Success
Location:Remote USA
Goals:
- Achieve annual revenue targets of $35 million.
- Maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
- Identify engage and onboard Fortune 500 clients using extensive market research.
- Utilize market insights to maintain a robust client pipeline.
- Facilitate client meetings and effectively communicate our services.
- Foster longterm client relationships while overseeing endtoend staffing services.
- Act as the primary client sales liaison responsible for client success.
- Take ownership of client success by understanding their needs goals and challenges.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and attentive support.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
- Advocate for clients interests and concerns within the organization striving to exceed their expectations.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries concerns and requests.
- Monitor and analyze client satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance client experience.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional products or services to meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations.
- Continuously strive to strengthen client relationships and drive longterm loyalty and retention.
- Coordinate offshore Recruitment/Delivery Teams to meet staffing objectives and revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze utilization metrics for optimal resource allocation.
- Review billing processes and invoices for accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct weekly meetings or checkins with employees to discuss performance objectives progress and challenges.
- Address employee grievances conflicts or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Generate daily weekly and monthly activity reports.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of IT Staffing sales experience with midtolarge companies.
- Proven track record in market research and lead generation.
- Bachelor s degree in business or management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills comfortable engaging with Clevel executives.
- Selfmotivated energetic team player.
Compensation:
Base Salary:
- Competitive ranging from $70000 to $90000 annually based on experience and industry standards.
Bonuses and Incentives:
