Job description
Note: Required Only Immediate Joiner
1/ Ensures setting and achievement of sales target
- Prepares Sales & Revenue Target for the month in consultation with VP – S&M
- Distributes target amongst Direct Reports
- Focus on achievement of daily sales and Collection targets
- Focus on closure of deals directly or with co-ordination with VP & MD
- Reviews performance with Direct Reports every day; Help them sort out issues if any
- In case of outsourced parties, conduct daily consultation with Channel partners
- Provides assistance in client meetings, site visits and closure of the sales of both Direct and CP sales
- Maintains the availability list for the project
- Review of Sales and Revenue target on a periodic basis VP– S & M GMs/DGMs
2/ Ensures Timely launch of projects in hand
- To ensure all items in Pre-Launching Preparations ( are completed)
- Conducts joint briefing for sales and post sales team before launch of project
- Conducts briefing for sales for Channel Partners team before launch of project VP– S & M GMs/DGMS
3/ Target Sales Revenue and Collection
- Achieve daily and month Sales numbers and primary collection with the help of GM – Sales for the projects
- Proper maintenance and updating of availability of the project
- Taking help of Marketing for the achievement of the Monthly Sales Target
- Co-ordination with CRM team for the post sales experience of the Clients booking apartments VP– S & M GMs/DGMS
4/ Ensures high level of customer satisfaction & delight
- Ensures timely response to all customer queries (Within 30 mins response for emails and letters, 2 minutes response for phone calls)
- Ensures that all customer relevant project information is available on website and Sales Office
- Ensures monthly updation of customer mailing list
- Ensures sending of welcome letters to all new customers
- Ensures sending of appreciation letters to existing customers for giving references
5/ Responsible for retention, skill development, growth and satisfaction of team
- Ensures appropriate training and development interventions
- Conducts timely and transparent appraisals
- Conducts daily 1:1s with direct reports
- Actively manages vertical and horizontal career development of team
