Job Title – Account Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Understand the B2B clients business end to end. This includes being a part of the briefing call, researching about their industry, and providing the brief to Tuesdays' internal team. The candidate is responsible for gathering all possible information from clients, which includes pre-requisite of thinking from their perspective.
- Understanding the scope of work decided with the client and ensuring it is delivered at 100% excellence on quality and timelines. Ensuring all team members are aligned with the deliverables and mapping them out basis the flow of work.
- Ensuring adherence to quality and timelines, educating clients about the business impact our work creates, and keeping them informed at all times.
- Ensuring regular engagement with clients including all decision makers and influencers, to be informed, aligned and extremely positive about the work being done by Tuesdays team
- Contributing to revenue pool through upselling services which are not taken up by client and through reference generation from clients network.
- Being able to imagine through research, create through team and act through engaging plans for clients, and show business impact across digital marketing channels
- Managing a team of writers, designers, executives, lead gen executives for marketing and lead generation initiatives undertaken. This includes in-office, freelancers, remote team.
- Being extremely meticulous about following the process of work generation and representation in the form of weekly and monthly updates.
- Working tirelessly and meeting targets
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hand on research to provide input to team and ask questions from clients which builds a robust brief
- Ensure all work is done timely and with excellent quality metrics.
- Provide excellence in delivery across all verticals of imagine, create, act.
