Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Engineer at LEXUS INTERIORS for pan india retail Fitout Projects. The Billing Engineer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as preparing BOQ (bill of quantities), creating rate analysis, quantity surveying, and maintaining billing systems.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills
• Experience in preparing BOQs and creating rate analysis
• Experience in quantity surveying
• Knowledge of billing systems and procedures
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE 2 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN RETAIL FITOUT.

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience with cost analysis and budgeting, proficiency in relevant computer software, and knowledge of relevant regulations and laws.
