Job description
Roles & Responsibility: Good experience in agile project methodologies, test tools on JIRA, Azure DevOps etc. Working with the Business Leads and the wider Programme Team and is accountable for the below. ·
Test Planning § Define process, strategy/approach to testing products/projects across solution offering § Work with stakeholders across the programme to define a test plan and align with PM on the overall schedule § Assess & define test services/test levels to be adopted across the programme § Test Estimation – Define and review · Test Design § Ensure all design is done based on the strategy defined § Ensure adequacy of test coverage from design · Test Execution § Ensure test execution is tracked against plan § Report test status on a periodic basis to stakeholders § Define and track test metrics across the projects/products · Resource Management § Ensure test resources are recruited, trained and aligned to the process defined § Manage performance of test resources · Risk Management § Ensure Test delivery risks and issues are tracked, escalated and actioned on time · Quality Management § Assess quality of work products and ensure entry & exit criteria are met; adherence to processes defined · Misc § Attend Governance meetings and be the SPOC for all test activities § Test Automation § Knowledge and experience in Test Automation Strategies and best practices.
