Additional Job Description Purpose Of The Role Supporting the sales pricing strategy of Diageo Northern Europe while working closely with the Northern Europe Finance team on activities related to price changes and innovation pricing.
Responsible for understanding and management of the customer pricing data (list price, discounts and net invoice price) and supporting the finance and commercial teams in respect of sales pricing processes and pricing accuracy with customers.
Build and maintain relationships across internal and external key partners
Must have excellent analytical, interpersonal, computer and communication skills

Top Accountabilities - Accurate, detailed and timely pricing data management with regards to all customers on SAP.
- Set up and lead the list prices and customer investment levels/discounts within SAP
- Calculation and submission of price set ups for new product listing or replacement product pricing according to SLA
- SAP validation of all submitted pricing data to ensure that SAP reflects the accurate/approved price
- Submission of listing forms for new products
- Submission of price authorizations for all price changes
- Review of GDBS price inputs to ensure accuracy
- Price Claim review and investigation and submission of price correction requests
- Be the conduit between the outputs of the TT calculator/sales and commercial finance teams and the data teams
- Support the Central Commercial finance team with analysis, data to supervise compliance with the Commercial policy / pricing guidelines.
Essential Qualifications and Experience Required: - Fluent English communications
- 5 - 8 years of Analyst experience required, preferably within a fast moving consumer goods environment.
- Strong MS Office knowledge
- Excellent computer skills, including advance Excel; SAP a +
- Ability to build strong relationships with cross-functional teams (Customer Service, Sales, Finance).
- Liaise with other teams, support issue resolution and ensure effective WoW
- Able to effectively prioritize incoming issues and build on acquired knowledge when making decisions in own area of responsibility.
- Must have excellent analytical, interpersonal, computer and communication skills
Desirable - Prior experience in Trade Investment and OTC process
- College or university Degree
- Good knowledge of internal business partners
