Job description
We are looking for a skilled UI/UX Designer with 1.5 to 2 years of experience to contribute to the development of our digital products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces while ensuring a seamless user experience across various platforms. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually appealing, intuitive, and user-friendly.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to iteratively improve product designs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continually enhance design processes and outputs.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation meets quality standards and project timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related field.
- 1.5 to 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a software development environment.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability principles.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
