Job description

The position is for a Sales Support Engineer with the primary responsibility of supporting the field sales team as well as the customers with technical as well as commercial proposals.

Established in 1978, Nivo Controls has over 45 year's experience in Designing & Manufacturing instruments for measurement of Level, Flow and Tank Gauging. The products are exported to USA, Europe and Southeast Asia and are designed to International Standards such as CE, FM and RoHS.

The products offered by Nivo Controls are instrumentation products requiring technical aptitude and ability to understand the customer's applications.

The position entails regular interaction with the customers and an ability to communicate well is important.

The Responsibilities will include :

• Identifying Customers for new markets/projects
• Generating Qualified leads by talking to customers over phone
• Understanding the customer's application and selecting a product to suit the same.
• Techno commercial offer preparation in line with customer requirements.
• Preparing and submitting Technical documentation including drawings and datasheets against requirements.
• Maintaining information in the CRM
• Registering the company as a vendor with prospective customers.

• Technically sound fundamentals
• Good Communication Skills (English & Hindi)
• Experience in Technical marketing or sales would be an advantage
• Computer Proficiency
• High moral and ethical values

Qualification: BE in Instrumentation, Electronics, E&TC
