We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded International Vice President of Human Resources (VP HR) to lead our International HR Business Partner teams and regional initiatives. This International VP of HR, you will play a crucial role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with our business goals and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture across EMEA, APAC and India.
This role will be responsible for cultivating a cross-functional HR community within the EMEA regional HR team across all HR COEs. This role will directly lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the EMEA region HR Business Partner team with matrix leadership responsibility for all regional HR operations and support. Reporting to this role will be the APAC HR Business Partner Lead, the India HR Business Partner Lead and the EMEA functional and geographically aligned HR Business Partners.
This role will directly report to the SVP, HR Business Partners with a matrix report to the Chief People Officer and member of the People Leadership Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Active lead on all key HR strategies, initiatives and programs across our International HR Business Partner teams and geographies.
- Provides direction, leadership, and support to International HR Business Partner teams, APAC, EMEA and India.
- Collaborates closely with key executives as well as other cross-functional stakeholders in to ensure alignment, understand business needs, align people strategy to enable seamless implementation of people initiatives.
- Manages escalations of employee relations and investigations for EMEA, APAC and India.
- Assists with workforce planning activities for senior leadership across the EMEA, APAC and India regions.
- Drives talent and succession planning for senior international leaders in partnership with global functional HR Business Partner leads.
- Assists with all talent management related initiatives and programs for EMEA, APAC and India.
- DEI
- Leads and manages the day-to-day activities for the EMEA regional HR Business Partner team. Cultivates an HR community within the EMEA regional between Talent Acquisition, People Solutions (HR Shared Services), and the HR Business Partner team.
- Provides leadership and guidance to the EMEA regional HR Business Partners and teams ensuring alignment with functional and corporate goals.
- Develops and executes EMEA HR strategies that support the organizations overall business objectives.
- Partners closely with the HR Business Partner functional leads as well as the People Leadership team.
- Oversees organizational change and transformation initiatives, communications and ensuring smooth transitions and positive employee experience.
- Assists in the design and implementation of standardized global HR policies and programs.
- Stays abreast of international labor laws, employment regulations and cultural nuances impacting HR and people practices.
- Utilize HR technology to streamline and enhance global HR processes.
- Foster a culture of high integrity, high ethics, and inclusivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Direct experience as an HR Business Partner lead for EMEA
- Extensive experience managing HR business partner teams in EMEA, APAC and India
- Extensive and progressive HR leadership experience with a focus on international HR management and cross-cultural teams
- Proven track record leading high performing and culturally diverse teams
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing global HR strategies and programs
- Ability to grow and develop HR Business Partners
- Strong knowledge of international labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced diverse culture and business environment
- Must be willing and able to 'roll-up sleeves'
