Job Description Academics:

Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering & Technology/ Business/ Science/Masters in Business Management Prerequisites:

Passionate about people, technology, customer, and continuous improvement

Overall, 10 + years of working experience.

6+ years of experience in a leadership role managing projects/ program delivery while assuring quality standards.

4+ years of experience in NetSuite or similar SaaS-based ERP software in a customer-facing role.

Managed a team of at least 5-10 people

Skillset:

Delivery management, Program management, Customer engagement, people management, Coaching, Project financials, and Operations excellence.

Responsibilities:

Build and develop winning team(s) for delivering multiple projects.

Own the planning, execution & delivery of all projects within the assigned portfolio, managing triple constraints (Time, Cost, Scope), while ensuring customer along associate satisfaction

Interface with customers to understand project requirements and challenges and accordingly devise the execution strategies for a successful outcome.

Ensure risks and changes are identified, recorded, reported, and managed efficiently.

Periodic reporting of performance metrics with the leadership team

Explore ongoing engagements and identify business opportunities, adjacencies, and innovation areas to support lead-generation activities.

Support sales and pre-sales team for RFPs/ RFQs/ RFIs etc.

Drive necessary actions to ensure project metrics / KPIs are accomplished.

Co-ordinate and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholder groups based on need.

Periodic performance appraisal of team members

Coach and mentor team members for their growth.

Ensure 100% compliance while implementing various policies and guidelines of the organization and customer.

Revenue and Gross margin

Location & Work timings:

Primary location: Hyderabad.

Willingness to work in other locations as per organization's need

Mode of work: Work from office / Work from home based on scenarios and project demand. Willingness to work in night shifts.
