Your role in detail
Property Manager
● Lead and motivate a team managing housekeeping, food,
maintenance, Wi-Fi, laundry, and hostel services.
● Maintain high team discipline and flawless record-keeping.
● Achieve and uphold a Customer Satisfaction Score of 4+ across
services.
● Ensure strict process compliance and seek operational improvements.● Develop and train the team for growth and professionalism.
● Handle daily operation escalations effectively.
What qualifications / Skills can enhance the chances of shortlisting
Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
Proven experience in operations, preferably in hospitality. ( Relevant 1 year Experience)
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and compliance knowledge.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Shift : General Shift (10 Am - 7 Pm) Need to be flexible
