Role - Group Treasury Manager
Location Mumbai, Navi Mumbai or Bangalore
Job Description -
Come join our Group Finance team in our Mumbai office. Reporting to the Head of Group Finance based in London, you will play a critical role in managing our global treasury process.
What will I be delivering
- Management of 1 Treasury Analyst
- Cash management: monitor and manage daily cash positions, implement day-to-day cash controls, implementing short term cash forecasting and cash pooling processes
- Bank relationship management: Oversee maintain bank mandates, manage bank queries, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as KYC and AML. Maintain register of all group bank accounts, opening/closing bank accounts, Online banking systems administration monitoring
- Loan management and compliance: Compliance with covenants and reporting of these to banks / loan providers as required
- Maintain intercompany loan register and loan documentation. Work with Finance colleagues to perform monthly intercompany loan reconciliations. Lead on intercompany funding process that maintains adequate liquidity for all group entities.
- Liquidity and FX Risk management
- Reporting and forecasting: Setting up key treasury reports for Senior Management including cash and interest report, cashflow forecasts, FX exposures and management, Hedging positions, Intercompany loan positions
- Support the Head of Group Finance and Deputy CFO in updating the Treasury Policy to incorporate implementation of hedging and other derivative FX risk management tools.
- Input into the annual reporting process to own disclosures relating to cash, bank and treasury activities Lead on interim and final audit liaison with external auditors for Treasury related issues.
- Perform month-end and reporting duties as required.
Qualifications
What do I need to bring with me
Demonstrated knowledge and experience
- Qualified to a degree level and with a professional finance qualification
- 6+ Years of relevant professional experience in Treasury function post qualification.
- Leader or senior leader in Treasury function/department
- Experience of key treasury reporting and forecasting areas (cashflow, liquidity, borrowings, exposures, hedging)
- Cashflow forecasting
- Experience of working in an international group with experience of FX management
- Dealing with banks and other external providers
- Loans management including covenant and interest reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressurized situations with ability to adapt quickly to changes in priorities
- High proficiency IT skills with excellent Excel skills
- Experience of using NetSuite, Adaptive Planning and Power BI desirable but not essential
- Strong communication skills with experience of dealing with senior management
