Job Description : - We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Manager(Business Development) to join our team. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a knack for identifying and leveraging growth : - Fulfilling sales charters for cities based on agreed targets and promoting the organization's presence. - Signing contracts with restaurants and handling inquiries from existing and new clients. - Taking complete ownership of accounts to maintain sustainable and mutually profitable growth in business. - Building long-term strategic partnerships with high-value accounts, leveraging JBPs to drive market share for HOGR. - Using available data resources across business metrics to build deeper insights for partners regularly. - Managing and coordinating onboarding, POS integration, menu changes, and operational performance metrics. - Continuously creating new growth avenues for restaurants. - Seeking partnerships for out-of-app marketing solutions that can propel faster growth for the brand on the platform. - Having the ability to resolve partner issues and escalate them to the right internal stakeholders for effective resolution of all issues and queries. Requirements : - A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience in a Growth Marketing or Growth Manager role, preferably in a startup (food or culinary industry). - Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Need to be proactive and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
