Zeals Co., Ltd is Looking for: Primary responsibilities:
- Ensure the quality of the product through verification and validation
- Understand the specifications of the software/system
- Plan and strategize test automation
- Implement and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts
This Role Requires: Required Skills:
- Strong programming experience, preferably in JavaScript/Typescript
- At least 5 or more years of overall software development/ quality assurance experience the majority in QAAutomation
- Advanced or expert-level knowledge with Playwright, an end-to-end testing automation framework, OR advanced experience with a
- Javascript-based automation solution
- Have a strong understanding of industry best practices, and can share them to the team and drive standardization in automated testing
- Adherence to coding standards set forth by the team, ensuring consistency and readability of code.
- Ability to design and implement efficient and maintainable test scripts that align with project requirements.
- Integration with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (e.g. GitHub actions).
- Strong analytical skills to identify and address core issues with logical precision.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts concisely and effectively.
- Proven capability to work autonomously with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively within a team.
- Must be highly responsive and communicative through written means, such as Slack, Jira, and GitHub comments.
- Exceptional time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines effectively.
- Comfortable with project management tools like Jira (and Zephyr Scale)
- Experience with Git and Github, including the PR review process
Nice to have:
