Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior Architect with 7 to 10 years of experiencet. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects from concept design through to completion. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and offers competitive compensation.
Qualifications And Skills - 7 to 10 years of experience as an Architect
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in architectural design software and tools
- Strong knowledge of corporate interiors, interior design, interior architecture, and commercial architecture
- Excellent project management and leadership skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles
Roles And Responsibilities - Lead and manage architectural projects from concept design through to completion
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior architects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards
- Oversee the production of detailed drawings and specifications
- Monitor project progress and budget to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices
