Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support such as answering and directing phone calls, organizing and scheduling appointments, maintaining filing systems, managing employees query, task management, email management and managing office inventory. The Administrative Assistant will also provide executive administrative assistance such as managing executive schedules, coordinating travel, and preparing reports.
