Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Tender Executive. As a Tender Executive, you will be responsible for managing the tender process, preparing and submitting bids, and ensuring compliance with all tender requirements. This is a full-time position located in Faridabad, Haryana, India, and is suitable for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in tendering.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in tendering
- Strong knowledge of tender processes and procedures
- Experience in preparing and submitting tenders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of bank guarantees and financial aspects of tendering is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tenders and prioritize tasks
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end tendering process, from identifying opportunities to submitting bids
- Prepare high-quality tender documents, including technical and commercial proposals
- Coordinate with various internal departments to gather relevant information for tender submissions
- Collaborate with team members to review and improve bid content and formats
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements, including timelines and document submission
- Maintain a database of tender documents, contracts, and other relevant information
- Monitor and track the progress of tender submissions and communicate status updates to stakeholders
- Participate in tender negotiations and contract discussions, if required
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in tendering
- Support other business development activities as needed
