Job description
The position is responsible for executing company’s strategies in Investment Banking and ensures achievement of revenue targets and client satisfaction
- Preparation of Financial Model, CMA as per requirement of the company such as Term Loan, Working Capital and Restructuring
- Preparation of Credit Appraisal Notes, Information Memorandum, TEV reports and any other documentation or information that may be required by lenders / investors to ensure successful deal closure.
- Strong Analysis of Balance Sheet or Financial Statement
- Vetting of Feasibility Reports
- Business development initiatives -Tap emerging business opportunities & develop relationship with Corporate, Banks and Institutions.
- Relationship building with existing clients and bankers; Ensure dissemination of product information and new initiatives taken by the company to the clients.
- Seamless execution of the Investment Banking strategies designed at the Head Office as :-
- Preparing the business plan, dealing with banking, institution, daily follow up with banks etc
- Corporate finance, restructuring , corporate advisory ,Syndication and restructuring , loan sanction etc
- Ensure 100% satisfaction to the clients by providing the best of the services to clients.
- Liaising and supporting branches on any assistance that may be required.
