Job description

Urgent requirement for Lead IT Recruiter (WFH) in Optico Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Qualification: - Graduate. No persuing candidate apply

Exp: - 1-5 Yrs. must have IT Recruitment experience

Location: Work from home. Preference for Bhopal candidate

Flexible Timings: - 9.30 AM to 6:30 PM. 1st and 3rd Saturday off. Must have own Laptop/Desktop with Internet Connection.

Salary: depends on the experience + Attractive Incentives and variable allowances

Experience must have:

1. Must have client HR handling and profile sourcing experience for major IT technologies for large IT clients like Tech Mahindra, Persistent, HCL, etc.
2. Must have Knowledge of Job Portals like Naukri, foundit, etc. for excellent profile sourcing experience
3. Experience for client process of recruitment like profile uploading, delicacy check, scheduling interview, etc.
4. Good experience for interacting client HR, Collect jds and sharing regular profiles on major IT technologies
5. Good knowledge of IT companies and their manpower requirement on various technologies

Target - Min 1-3 Joiners monthly
