Company Description Saifee Burhani Upliftment Trust (SBUT) is a non-profit trust established in 2009 to redevelop Mumbai's Bhendi Bazaar locality. The project was envisioned by the late Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin and is now being led by His Holiness Syedna Mufaddal Saifuddin. SBUT's redevelopment project covers an area of 16.5 acres with approximately 250 existing buildings, 1250 shops, and 3200 families.
Essential: • Graduate in Electrical engineering • Hands on experience of AutoCad and advanced MS Office Skills • Well conversant with all applicable codes and standards like NBC, IS codes, NFPA, etc. Advantageous: • Knowledge of Revit and BIM Software • Candidates who have worked with either consultant or residential developer in core design-coordination team • Site experience of 1- 2 years Job Description: • Day to day coordination with MEP consultants as well as in house design, liaison and site teams. • Review of DBR, space planning, tender documents and BOQ received from consultants. • Review of GFC and shop drawings received from consultants and contractors • Review of technical submittals and technical review of material delivered at site. • Regular site visits • Documenting all process and creating SOP’s • Communication with all internal and external stake holdersJob tags
