Gender: Male
Salary: Up to 12 lacs CTC
Shift Details: 10.00 am to 7 pm (6 days working, Mon - Sat)
Description - Establishing productive and professional relationships with channel partners and driving sales through them
- Responsible for Vendor development, Vendor management, and driving sales through them
- Involved in strategizing and promoting several BTL activities to make the product reach out to the masses
- Coordinating the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners- expectations
- Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
- Proactively leading a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
- Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating partner needs on an ongoing basis
- Manages potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
- Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements
Requirements - Graduation mandatory
- Experience of B2B Sales in Housing Complexes/ Societies
- Understanding of P&L fundamentals
- Strong communication skills, and execution efficiency
- Strong analytical mindset
