Profile: Area Sales Manager (E-commerce)

Location: Mumbai (Work from Office/ Field)

Experience: Minimum 4 - 6 yrs. Exp. in B2B Sales

Gender: Male

Salary: Up to 12 lacs CTC

Shift Details: 10.00 am to 7 pm (6 days working, Mon - Sat)

Description

  • Establishing productive and professional relationships with channel partners and driving sales through them
  • Responsible for Vendor development, Vendor management, and driving sales through them
  • Involved in strategizing and promoting several BTL activities to make the product reach out to the masses
  • Coordinating the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners- expectations
  • Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
  • Proactively leading a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
  • Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating partner needs on an ongoing basis
  • Manages potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
  • Ensures partner compliance with partner agreements

Requirements

  • Graduation mandatory
  • Experience of B2B Sales in Housing Complexes/ Societies
  • Understanding of P&L fundamentals
  • Strong communication skills, and execution efficiency
  • Strong analytical mindset
