Job description
SDM- Mohali, Punjab
1. Ownership of Overall satisfactory service delivery of Amc, SSA project, and High Court Amc projects.
2. Arrangement and management of spares and call escalation.
3. Customer visit for any escalation
4. Daily review of pending calls and aligning the right manpower for solution
5. Payment collection of bills
6. Help in Manpower Arrangement for coming projects.
7. Work closely with the SCM team for spares and vendor management
8. Regularly meeting with customers for smooth services.
9. Timely updates to management for any highlighted issue.
10. Clearance of enggs claims with Finance.
11. Arrangement of vendors for remote services to any customers where our manpower is not available.
