Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Chef to run two Cloud Kitchens in Mumbai. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating delicious and healthy meals that meet our customers' dietary requirements. You will also be responsible for leading and managing a team of cooks and kitchen staff. Other day-to-day tasks include menu planning, food preparation, recipe development, and quality control. Qualifications Culinary Arts degree or equivalent experience in a professional kitchen Experience leading and managing a team of cooks and kitchen staff Knowledge of macros,nutrition,dietary restrictions and the ability to create delicious meals that meet those requirements Experience with menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain quality control Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Passion for creating healthy, delicious meals Experience with meal delivery services is a plus We have a full time nutritionist on board + Chef Chinu Vaze to curate recipes, so the chef would work with both to expand the business.Job tags
