Job description

Elimination round - Client Pre test ( = 85%)
Operational
Email phone etiquettes (Written Verbal communication through phone and email) as and when needed
Identifying correct query types such as disputes, payments, etc. (but not limited to) and resolving the same
Targets set per hour on prompt responses must be met
Ensure that the computerized records are captured accurately and maintained / entered in a manner as prescribed by the client / process
Checks the data / query received from the client / vendor for complete details
Solicits and compiles information and data related to processing activities
Uses PC application and functions, such as MS Office / IE / Chrome or client specified systems / telephony platforms, to update data sets and execute queries
Works efficiently towards achieving the SLA based on the client requirement and meets the specified quality standards
Eye for detail / Analyze / Investigate track reasons for any misses
Examine, research and evaluate data for anomalies and to correct inconsistencies
Maintaining confidentiality, verifying information, etc. as described / explained by the client
Input data from bills into company software
Navigate provider s / vendor s websites to access and harvest documents / bills
Filter through emails sent by utility providers /vendors to access bills
Input bill information for processing
Coordinate with utility providers through phone and email to resolve bill issues
Investigate bills missing from the provider websites and coordinate with utility providers to retrieve the missing bills
Problem solving through innovation
Self motivated and collaborative
Prioritize work to meet deadlines, flexible and able to adapt in fast pace environment

Experience
Required: Education / Qualifications: Fresher / Undergraduate / Grad
Preferred:Undergrad

Know-How Critical:
Basic computer, MS Office, PDF editor, Email Web browsing
Voice Non-Voice experience (Customer Service)
Good analytical skills
Patient and process oriented
An eye for detail
Ability to handle large amount of data
Typing Skills - 20 wpm with 95 % accuracy
Team player
Good email etiquettes
