Position: Sr. Robotic Process Automation (BluePrism, UiPath) Location: Remote, India Experience: 5+ years Notice Period: Immediate joiners

Job Description: We are urgently seeking 10-12 resources with a strong background in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) for a migration project from BluePrism/UiPath processes to Automation Anywhere. The ideal candidates will possess expertise in Automation Anywhere RPA, with additional experience in BluePrism and/or UiPath to some extent.

Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the project team to understand existing processes in BluePrism/UiPath and develop strategies for their migration to Automation Anywhere. Design, develop, and deploy Automation Anywhere solutions to automate business processes efficiently. Conduct testing and debugging of automation workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members as needed. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide progress updates.

Minimum Experience Required: Developers: Minimum 3 years of experience in RPA development, with proficiency in Automation Anywhere. Experience with BluePrism and/or UiPath is preferred. Senior Developers: Minimum 5 years of experience in RPA development, with proven expertise in Automation Anywhere and significant experience with BluePrism and/or UiPath.
