Experience - 2 to 8 years Location - Jamshedpur (WFO) Must have - Industrial security , security management , security operation To drive and administer effective Security Operations for protection of company assets, crime control and develop a safe and secure working environment at AOR in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: Planning and Organizing effective Security Management System and handling of impromptu situations Crime Control Improve Customer Satisfaction Index Continuous Improvement of Security Procedures and processes Requirements: Security professionals with a proven management experience in Industrial Security/ Armed forces/Police/CPMF /Corporate / Industrial Security. Threshold Skills And Capabilities Required To Execute The Role Security Systems Management Basic knowledge of law - provisions of IPC, CrPC, Arms Act, Labor Laws, PSARA, etc. Relevant to Security Services. Fire & Disaster Management- Basics Technical Convergence for security- Basics Auditing & basic financial management High customer orientation Effective Communication Skills ,Proficiency in MS office ,Excel, Power point Analytical skills, Good PR skills,Soft skills Security professionals with a proven management experience within the Security industry in Industrial Security/Armed forces/Police/CPMF/Corporate Security. He/ She must possess a sound working knowledge of relevant legislation & security best practices affecting the security role.
