Job description
Advocating for the customers needs and preferences within the organization.
Foster strong relationships with our customers to gain insights into their needs and challenges.
Conducting product walkthroughs and integration calls to ensure seamless onboarding.
Continuously monitoring customer usage, gathering feedback, and promptly addressing any concerns.
Contributing to internal marketing initiatives and customer advocacy programs.
Conducting regular check-ins and maintaining ongoing communication with customers.
Analyzing customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive product enhancements.
Setting and pursuing upsell and cross-sell targets to maximize revenue opportunities.
Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Support.
Focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction, boosting retention rates, and driving revenue growth.
Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships for sustained success.
Assisting in the analysis of customer data to identify emerging trends, growth opportunities and mitigate churn.
Qualifications:
Experience 0-2 years
Fresh graduates
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Enthusiasm for delivering positive customer experiences.
Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a startup environment.
Bachelors degree or equivalent educational background
