Job description
Position: Infrastructure Project Planning and Execution
Role and Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the infrastructure team to identify and establish project goals, plans, objectives, timelines, deliverables, resource requirements, and contingency plans.
Develop project plans and budget estimates for infrastructure projects.
Monitor project progress, identify deviations from plans, and recommend corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Provide status reports to management and stakeholders on a regular basis.
Manage project risks and issues and take appropriate actions to mitigate them.
Ensure project requirements and deliverables are clearly defined, documented, and communicated to all stakeholders.
Provide leadership and direction to project team members and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Ensure all projects follow standard operating procedures, policies, and guidelines.
Ensure project documentation, including plans, budgets, timelines, and reports, is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to team members.
Monitor and track project progress, report status to the project head and team, and escalate issues, as necessary.
Source suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish and maintain vendor relationships.
Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and ensure that inventory is properly managed and maintained.
Manage inventory accuracy by conducting regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, finance, and logistics, to ensure that inventory levels align with business needs.
Develop and manage budgets for procurement and inventory-related activities.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulations.
Requirements:
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead project teams and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Experience with budget management and financial reporting.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain vendor relationships.
Knowledge of procurement and inventory management best practices, including experience with inventory control systems and procedures.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Qualifications:
12 Passed with computer knowledge (MS Words, Excel, and Power Point)
Starting salary package: ₹22,000 - ₹25,000
