Job description
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules to ensure the efficient and timely execution of manufacturing processes taking into account resource availability and demand fluctuations.
Collaborate closely with production teams suppliers and other stakeholders to proactively coordinate workflow optimize resource utilization and ensure seamless communication across all production phases.
Monitor and analyze inventory levels working collaboratively with procurement to guarantee an adequate stock of raw materials and components minimizing the risk of shortages or overstock situations.
Regularly analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement implement corrective actions and enhance overall production efficiency.
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and production timelines collaborating with quality assurance teams to maintain product integrity.
Actively engage with crossfunctional teams communicating production plans and addressing any challenges that may impact delivery schedules.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in industrial engineering Operations Management or a related field.
Proven experience of 3 years in production planning scheduling or a related role within a manufacturing environment.
Solid understanding of production processes inventory management principles and supply chain dynamics.
Proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems with the ability to extract meaningful insights for decisionmaking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration across different departments.

Knowledge of advanced demand forecasting techniques to anticipate market trends.
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning staying abreast of evolving industry trends and technological advancements.
