Sr Product Manager

The product management team in ACI works with the various Product teams and clients to develop product roadmaps & match customer expectations along with guidance on governance and compliance for mobile, internet and other real time payment solutions including cross border payments within the gambit of industry best practices.
Job Summary:
To be a leader to help drive strategy and execution for real-time payments solutions around the world. Bring to the table a deep knowledge of payments and how banks offer services to their customers. Solid understanding of ISO20022-based real-time payments switches, supporting domestic instant payments, digital overlay services and use cases that drive growth. You will have a strong operational background, able to create P&L financial reports relevant to the business line, manage partnerships with large global customers, and be able to program manage new initiatives
Job Responsibilities:
- Sales & Marketing strategy: One of a team of leaders to provide go-to-market guidance and assets to sales executives for account-to-account payments globally, reporting directly to ACI's Head of Real-Time Payments
- Help to refine and improve ACI's market strategy and put it into practice across our Commercial, and Technology and Operations departments.
- Client engagement and Stakeholder management : Work across ACI's global customer base, our partners and ACI's regional commercial and delivery teams.
- Operations and PnL: Primary focus is to support operations of the team including P&L reporting, contracting support to our legal teams, partnership management and program management for new initiatives.
- Domain Expertise: Secondary knowledge will include Instant payments, RTGS, Cross-Border and ACH payments, understanding the payments ecosystem and business requirements that central banks, governments and financial institutions have, although additional on the job training will also be supported.
- Some limited travel to customers and prospects alike will be needed to use expertise & represent ACI in front of industry and financial analysts, and to be an expert that ACI puts forward for conferences, webinars and industry publications.
- Collaboration excellence: Partner with marketing, product marketing and Commercial channels to develop the go-to-market strategy you will stay engaged with the sales team and articulate the value proposition of the product among customers and prospects alike.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 12-15 years of experience with a minimum 5-years' experience in product management and go-to-market strategy in the fintech domain
- Deep research and understanding of the payments industry and the competition to quickly identify opportunities and threats, leverage our strengths and overcome our weaknesses while influencing the overall product strategy.
- Solid experience in working on global product lines in the financial space and working closely with the development team in prioritizing the product backlogs and future product development features.
- Solid experience in developing Market strategy & lay the foundation for market success in evolving the high-level thinking, planning, and research that happens before a product goes to market.
- Have an in-depth knowledge of target markets with experience in working with regulatory compliances.
- Expertise in developing effective sales tools, good product training, a solid product presentation and a compelling demonstration.

- BE, BTech Comp Science, BTech Electronics, BE / BTech IT, MSc Comp Sc, MCA, MBA Information Systems
