• Attending calls &; resolving customer queries over call.
  

Shift : Rotational Shift/ Rotational Week Off

Requirements

Qualification: Any UG / Graduate / Post Graduate With 1 yr &; above experience in BPO.

Eligibility

• Willingness to work in Voice process
  
• Must have good English Communication skills (both Speaking&; Written).
  
• Willingness to work on night shift.
