Job description

Minimum Qualification and Eligibility Criteria:
1. Postgraduate and B.Ed. / M.Ed. with min 10 years of experience in Secondary & above section school
education. Preference shall be given to the candidate having experience as P[rincipal and / or worked at
Residential English Medium School.
2. Candidates are expected to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and must have an
intimate knowledge of the school education landscape in India and internationally.
3. Preference would be given to candidates from top national & international schools having handled a
large volume of students.
Skills set:
1. Leadership qualities along with Administrative Skills.
2. Candidates should possess cross-cultural competence and the ability to work effectively with
individuals from diverse backgrounds.
3. Proficiency in English is essential, Additional proficiency in other languages can be advantageous.
Job Description
1. To enroll meritorious students and to increase the enrolment from current numbers to all standards of
the school equivalent to intake of each standard approved by the competent body / authority within 2-5
years time.
2. To strengthen the Teaching & Learning and academic processes.
3. To increase the percentage of students successfully clearing IIT-JEE, NEET, NATA, CLAT or other National
level competitive exam.
4. To increase the number of students in higher percentage rank as well as absorbed into medical, IIT, NIT
for Engineering, Architecture, Law at nationally repute Institute.
5. Successful integration of NEP for Schools and upgrading the pedagogy for experiential learning.
6. Closely working with faculty of Science, GUNI and bringing School education level to the higher quality
order.
7. To disseminate education among all the students of the school with an aim to achieve 100% result in all
the standards.
8. To maintain the spirit of team-work, high performance and result orientation approach among the staff
members of the school.
9. To increase the standards of the teaching in all the subjects under all the standards through effective
and interactive teaching-learning process.

10. To enhance the image and brand of the school minimum as good as to make it first choice for at least
North Gujarat students to get educated.
11. To ensure that the students take participate in curriculum and extra-curriculum activities and shall prove
their ability by securing prizes / medals better than all previous years.
12. To ensure that the school shall perform under your leadership better than its all yester years in all
aspects.
13. To maintain good rapport with all relevant government department / offices for timely and smooth
compliances.
14. To create and maintain adequate documents of day-to-day academic, administration and other matter
of the School.
15. To maintain the school from inside and surround clean and hygienic.
16. Responsible for holistic growth of all the students study at the School by inculcating discipline,
continuous learning aptitude, participative nature, enthusiasm, positive and self-belief.
17. To generate revenue 20%, 30% and 50% more than the previous academic year in three consecutive
academic years.
18. To make school resourceful and extend all supports in the holistic development of all the students of the
School.
19. Responsible for over-all performance of the school.
