Essential functions:
Understanding the various audit/assessment landscape of the company
Be a point of contact to convey the security policy changes to key stakeholders
Evaluating internal operational and procedural compliance
Co-ordinating with key stake holders to keep the compliance related documents up to date
Developing and maintaining a compliance record keeping system
Evaluate procedural compliance through governance/assessment through metrics, dashboard, etc.,
Perform quarterly privilege access review to ensure compliance with policies

Knowledge & skills
Basic knowledge of different authentication and authorization techniques
Ability to rationalize data from a variety of resources to visualize the big picture (enterprise-wide)
System administration knowledge in either Windows or Unix
Good written & verbal communication; ability to write crisp & concise technical reports
Collaborate & co-ordinate with many stakeholders as needed; time management skills to handle escalations as needed
Strong communication and customer interaction skills.
