Position : Assistant Company Secretary

Job Requirement:
- Candidate with 2-3 years+ experience into CS function with any chemical manufacturing company
- Experience required – Inter CS – 4 to 5 Years & CS – 2 to 3 Years
Job Role:
- Completing documentation for listing compliances and keep tab of investor complaints Updating of website
- Preparation of drafts relating to agenda, minutes, correspondence, CTCs, stock exchange intimations, Corporate Governance (“CG”) report
- Compilation of documents for Corporate Governance audit and preparing preliminary draft
- Liaison with and co-ordinate reports from Registrar and Transfer Agent (“RTA”)
- Co-ordinate activities for convening of General meeting(s)
- Co-ordinate activities for dividend disbursement and reconciliation thereof
- Primary analysis of amendments to laws and regulations and give updates internally
- Follow up on the Action Taken Reports originating from Board/ Committee meetings assigned to the incumbent and compilation thereof
- Update statutory registers and records
- Preparing requisite forms and returns for filing including XBRL filings
- Assisting in printing of Annual Report
- Handling insider trading compliances, keep a tab of annual / periodical disclosures
- Giving presentation to Insiders about the PIT Regulations and amendments and them abreast with all the procedural aspects with Do’s and Don’ts.
- Co-ordinate with statutory auditors for audit of secretarial records.
- Assisting Company Secretary for CSR and BRSR related work.
