Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Engineer role located in Pune. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, pre-sales and post-sales customer service, implementing sales strategies, and creating and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales Engineer will also be responsible for performing product demonstrations, identifying and addressing customer needs, and collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent Sales Engineering, Technical Support, Communication, Sales and Customer Service skills
- Ability to prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Prior experience in technical sales or field sales
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields
- Willingness to travel domestically as required
