Job description

Indias Leading Bank is looking for a Branch Relationship Officer in the Branch Banking Department.

Job Roles and Duties:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Understand clients financial needs and offer suitable solutions.
• Actively manage and grow assigned client portfolios.
• Recommend banking products to meet clients needs.
• Identify opportunities for additional services.
• Introduce clients to relevant products like loans and credit cards.
• Ensure prompt resolution of client queries and concerns.
• Adhere to regulatory guidelines and maintain accurate documentation.

Desired Candidates Profile:

• Qualification: Any Graduation or Post Graduation
• Experience: Minimum 2 to 7 Years in Sales Department of Banking domain with the Portfolio Management experience.
• Strong understanding of banking products and services
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
