Job Title: Business Development Manager - US Market

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our expansion into the US market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying and securing new business opportunities, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the IT Services industry. As the BDM, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, collaborating with the internal team to develop and execute sales strategies, and achieving quarterly and annual sales targets. Primary Skill Set Skills: Has experience 5 years plus Sales in US region Drive outbound calls to generate qualified leads from new prospects Use phone, email, LinkedIn to perform selling activities and drive new business Qualifying the leads and should have 360 exposure of sales. Manage sales through prospecting, cold-calling, lead generation, Building contact database and verification through LinkedIn and other Lead Gen tool Liaising with the internal team Revenue Generation: - Responsible for generating revenue based on target assigned approx. $1 million per year. Good Communication skills both written and verbal and ability to build genuine rapport Solid Experience IT Services sales at least 5 years. Responsible to generate business and through the lifecycle of sales (from Generation to Closure) 80% hunting & 20% account management. Secondary Skill Set

Roles and Responsibilities Lead generation – Generating qualified leads across mid and large enterprise segments by leveraging online and offline channels. Marketing and campaign – Managing email communication and driving the communication flowchart to achieve campaign objectives. Also, able to use online and social media option for BD Database management – Identifying key prospects across our target audience and manage data churn. · Account based marketing – Ensuring audience engagement across key account segments with relevant content for existing leads through a designed process to generate more revenue. · Cold Calling: - Generating positive and leads from calling customer and a minimum of 30 call per day need to be maintained. · Managing Team of LG and support them in there day to day activity.

Qualification- MBA from top B school is mandatory.
