About the Role:
Responsive, the leading response management software solution on the market, is seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented, and highly organized Sr. Data Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to work cross functionally as a Senior Data Analyst focusing on Salesforce and Tableau. You’ll be in charge of the Salesforce analysis, insights and tools that enable smart decision making across the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success GTM functions at Responsive. You’ll be own data hygiene, database administration, data visualization and analytics. You’ll be able to make an impact from day one without red tape, while working on a team with a mentorship structure; bonus points if you’ve worked with quoting tools, such as Salesforce CPQ.
Responsibilities:
Tell the story of how the business is performing with data / insights.
Own the reporting, dashboards, and overall insights for the Marketing, Sales, and CS functional areas.
Facilitate the pipeline/forecasting efforts by providing the analytics which will be leveraged in helping Responsive evolve our forecasting and pipeline review meetings with senior leadership
Partner with Marketing and Sales to identify and develop KPI’s in pursuit of leveraging data to drive action
Work cross functionally with the team to drive improvements in reporting as our BI program comes online.
Contribute to a standardized data practice for Responsive’s technology stack (HubSpot, Salesforce, Gainsight, etc.), and make key recommendations to shape the future of the way we make decisions at Responsive.
Ensure data accuracy in Salesforce and that groups are using the tool correctly; assist the enablement team with maintaining knowledge documents and playbooks geared towards driving analytics.
Anticipate roadblocks and problems through data analysis, and translate your findings into concise business insights that help drive decisions.
Education:
An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics, Finance, or other related technical disciplines.
Experience:
Knowledge, Skills & Ability:
Advanced understanding of sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and product metrics
Ability to tell the story with data / insights
An entrepreneurial spirit, and equally comfortable crunching numbers as communicating with all levels of seniority.
