Position Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and address HR issues to support business success.
- Employee Relations:
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement initiatives.
- Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and the organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners.
- Performance Management:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues and improvement plans.
- Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
- Support employees in their professional development through mentorship and coaching.
- Compensation and Benefits:
- Administer and manage the organization's compensation and benefits programs.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive and attractive offerings.
- Policy Development and Compliance:
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure the organization's adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Manage HRIS systems and ensure data integrity.
- Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:
- Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
- Implement initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace.
- Health and Safety:
- Oversee workplace health and safety programs, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
