Role And Responsibilities

The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in managing and expanding our customer base in the Panel Builder, Switchgear, OEM, Machinery Manufacture, and End Customer segments. The key responsibilities include:

  • Building and nurturing relationships with over 40 accounts by regularly visiting customers
  • Understanding customer requirements through product demonstrations and solution pitching
  • Negotiating and closing sales deals
  • Achieving sales volume, sales results, and market share targets in assigned customer/sales areas
  • Maintaining and initiating business relationships with both current and potential customers
  • Attracting new clients and improving existing business relationships
  • Conducting market research, competitor analysis, and database management
  • Drafting offers and contracts according to company requirements
  • Making technical presentations to demonstrate how our products meet client needs

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:

  • Graduate in Engineering or related field
  • Prior experience in sales, preferably in the human-resources industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
