Job description

1. Supplier identification & sourcing as per the requirement.
2. Ensure the procurement of required products and items at the best possible rate without compromising the quality.
3. Work closely with internal teams to find alternate suppliers to strengthen the supply chain.
4. Establish a stable supplier base that will allow for consistent availability of all products.
5. Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
6. Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms for procurement of materials and services.
7. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet demand.
8. Analyze supply chain data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
9. Coordinate with various departments to forecast demand and plan procurement activities accordingly.
10. Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
11. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and reports related to procurement and supply chain activities.
