Position Purpose
This Position Of MSBI & Power BI Developer Will help us to manage the Clarity Report Development and testing and This will help to Stabilise the Team on the Long Run. Responsibilities Will Be responsible for Power BI/ SSIS/SSRS/Maintenance & Development used for CA Clarity Application and providing End-to-End Clarity Report development & Testing.

Must have technologies (Hands on experience) :-
- Power BI - Creation / Modification , Developing visual reports, dashboards , data modeling, data transformations, DAX language, visualization
- SSIS , SSRS , Power BI
- MS SQL (SP, Functions, Performance Tuning etc.)
- ORACLE PL-SQL ( SP, Triggers, Functions etc.)
- Excel as reporting tool and dash boarding tool. Experience of VB.
- In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework
- Should be experienced in managing large databases and experienced in DB and ETL performance tuning
Essentials:-
- Hands-on in Power BI & Power Tool
- Build Analysis Services reporting models. In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework
- Develop visual reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards using Power BI desktop.
- Connect to data sources, import data and transform data for Business Intelligence.
- Analytical thinking for translating data into informative visuals and reports.
- Implement row-level security on data and have an understanding of application security layer models in Power BI.
- Make DAX queries in Power BI desktop.
- MUST have excellent programming skills especially SQL/T-SQL/PL-SQL
- MUST have excellent skills in Visual Basic
- Good conceptual understanding of Databases
- Good conceptual understanding of data warehouse designing principles
- MUST have demonstrable experience of Microsoft SQL Server 2005 onwards
- Experience of working on Oracle 9i/10g/11g
- MUST have excellent programming skills especially SQL/T-SQL/PL-SQL
- MUST have demonstrable experience of at least one ETL tool, ideally SSIS
- MUST have demonstrable experience of Power BI and SSRS (2008 or onwards)
- Database Performance Tuning awareness
- Good inter-personal skills and ability to work in a team or independently
- Understanding of various types of indexing/partitioning techniques, its applications and uses
- Ability to read a SQL Query plan and react to tuning needs
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
- Writing unit tests.
Specific Qualifications (if Required) The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years software development experience in Microsoft technologies primarily SQL Server (MSBI) and, SSIS. The Candidate should be experienced in Power BI and must have created END to END reports with good knowledge in DAX function. Must have knowledge on ETL jobs in SSIS and write complex queries in SQL server. Able to do performance tuning.
