This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of experience in a website development agency environment to play a key role in ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Position Summary :
As a Client Servicing Representative, you will be the primary point of contact between our clients and our talented team of developers and designers. You will use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to understand client needs, manage expectations, and ensure the successful delivery of website development projects.
Responsibilities :Client Communication :
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Ensure clear and effective communication between clients and the internal development team.
Project Coordination :
- Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and client feedback to ensure alignment with project goals.
Client Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and anticipating their needs.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or expanding services based on client requirements.
Issue Resolution :
- Address client concerns and issues promptly, working with internal teams to find effective solutions.
- Ensure that client feedback is communicated constructively for continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance :
- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure that deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
- Conduct thorough project reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in client servicing within a website development agency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Familiarity with website development processes and terminology.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach to client interactions.
