Job description

· Collating, Sourcing, Compiling Customer Database, Making Reports, etc.
· 80% work on excel and need so to know v-look up, h-look-up, pivot tables, what if, count if, conditions, data validation, etc
· Undertaking web search or sourcing for validation of databases
· Compile lists from various sources, undertake quality checks, unify the databases, etc.
· Access and update CRM records
· Maintaining and analysing reports of discussions and call history Requirements

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
· Have minimum one year experience
· Knowledge of excel must (for e.g. tools like short-cut keys, custom filtering, pivot reports, database formatting formulae, V- Lookup, copy/Paste, Find/Replace etc.)
· Good communication skills.
· A person ready to take on responsibilities at all times.
