About the team

Tide has big hiring plans to support the company's growth trajectory as well as launch new products and new markets. In this context, talent acquisition is a top priority and we are investing in building a world-class team.

The talent team is composed of a diverse group of full-cycle talent partners spread out across the UK, Central & Eastern Europe, and India.

You will be leading a Delhi-based team of Talent Partners supporting our India business.

About the role

As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will

• Take full ownership of all go-to-market, operations, and support hiring for our India business (400+ hires per year).
• Lead a growing team of 5 talent partners by enabling them to achieve their hiring targets and by supporting their developmental goals.
• Build strong partnerships with our India leadership team to understand business objectives and design talent acquisition strategies that align with our goals.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives for talent acquisition, improving speed, quality and diversity.
• Champion diversity hiring initiatives to build an inclusive workforce that reflects the members we serve.
• Drive succession planning initiatives to ensure Tide's India business has the right 'leadership bench'.
• Use data and talent insights to influence Tide's talent attraction strategy in India.

What we are looking for

The ideal candidate will have:

• 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in global and fast growing organisations
• At least 5 years of experience managing teams of high-performing full cycle recruiters
• Experience managing high-volume GTM/Customer Operations hiring at scale (300+ hires/year)
• The ability to think strategically about talent strategy and develop innovative recruiting and talent attraction strategies.
• The ability to collect, analyse, interpret, and leverage data to make informed decisions, optimise recruiting processes, and drive strategic talent outcomes.
• The ability to champion a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and senior stakeholders.
