Role & Responsibilities
- Overall, 8 to 15 years of experience as HCM consultant in the Oracle Fusion HCM Implementation Project.
- Candidate must have a minimum of two to three end-to-end project implementation experiences.
- Knowledge of PL/SQL, BI Publisher Reporting and OTBI reporting.
- Candidate must be able to recommend best practices to clients.
- Candidate should be independently able to meet with the customer and understand their requirements and policies.
- Is able to accurately estimate the time necessary for the delivery of work
- Must have agile awareness and should be able to execute the ceremonies.
- Candidate should have excellent Team Management, Communication, and customer interaction skills
- Candidate should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Candidate should be able to conduct workshops for system demonstrations, training, and testing
- Be able to work well as part of a mixed team including Functional Consultants, Project Managers and Technical Consultants (both on and offshore)
- Display a passion for the role and a strong desire to deliver to the best of their ability.
