Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Officer. The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for implementing and enforcing HR policies that foster a positive work environment and employee relations. The Human Resources Officer will also be responsible for HR management, job description development, and other related HR tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR policies and human resources management
- Experience in employee relations and job description development
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional HR certification (such as SHRM-CP or PHR) is a plus
- Payroll and attendance management
