Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive the overall online presence of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies, a creative mindset, and a proven track record of successful digital campaigns. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

Responsibilities

Digital Strategy Development

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.

Content Marketing

• Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms.
• Ensure consistency of messaging and brand voice across all digital channels.

Social Media Management

• Oversee and manage social media accounts, creating and curating content, and engaging with the online community.
• Implement strategies to increase followers, likes, and shares.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize website content for search engines.
• Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.

Analytics and Reporting

• Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
• Make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

Budget Management

• Manage and allocate budgets effectively across various digital marketing channels.
• Monitor and report on return on investment (ROI).

Project Management

• Responsible for communication with the client to collect the requirements and delivery
• Coordinating with the sales team to develop proposals and strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
