Job Description
• Check and maintain record of environmental condition.
• Conduct blotter test prior to blasting operation Commencement.
• Perform Surface preparation inspection AS PER SA 2.5.
• Conduct Chloride Salt Test on the blasted surface.
• r Conduct ln-Process primer inspection AS PER APCS-22A.
• Perform Primer Coat inspection AS PER APCS-224.
• ln-Process Top Coat inspection AS PER APCS-22A.
• . Top Coat inspection AS PER APCS-22A.
• Review and analyze all lTPs, QCP, Method Statement, Material Approval in order to prepare the inspection plan, including a checklist of inspection points.
• Carry out inspections du ring the coating activities in order to ensure compliance of works, specifications, quality, and other applicable standards
• Schedule, coordinate and monitor the calibration of all measuring devices, instrument, equipment and system in order to ensure standards are met
• Assist in the handling of non-conformities in order to support in their resolution following an inspection

Minimum Qualifications:
. College Graduate, Bachelor's Degree.
. BGAS/NACE Certificate
