Company Brief“House of Shipping provides business consultancy and advisory services for Shipping & Logistics companies. House of Shipping's commitment to their customers begins with developing an understanding of their business fundamentals.Currently House of Shipping is looking to identify a high caliber Talent Acquisition Partner.This position is an on-site position and can be based either in Mumbai, Delhi or Chennai. Position is a six-months contract role. Only immediate joiners will be considered.Job purposeOwn the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that the hiring Manager, candidate, and stakeholder experience is delivered at an extremely high standard. You will be accountable for keeping the KPIs and SLAs in accordance to the group standards and ensure that all recruitment efforts are delivered in accordance to BU and group principles, following the established methodology for each of the positions.Main tasks and responsibilitiesManage end to end sourcing solutions (attract, source, select and integrate) through understanding business needs and growth plans.Conduct candidate screening and assessments: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for the position.Coordinate the interview process: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members, provide feedback to candidates, and manage communication between candidates and hiring managers.Manage candidate experience: Ensure that candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process, including timely follow-up and providing regular updates.Manage the offer and onboarding process: Work with HR and hiring managers to develop and present offers to candidates, negotiate compensation, and assist with the onboarding process.Stay up to date on recruitment trends: Stay informed about the latest recruitment trends and strategies and make recommendations for process improvements to attract and retain top talent.Drive a proactive fulfilment of manpower business requirements through developing extensive network in the market.Facilitate and record activities, results and ensure results are used in a comparative fashion to guarantee merit-based decisions are taken on candidates.Efficiently use different recruiting tools, social media, job boards.Plan and conduct assessments to identify suitable candidates for the business.Ensure right referencing is completed before selecting the final candidate.Key interactions (Internal | External)External: Candidates, Recruitment agencies, Job boards.Internal: TA & HR, Hiring managers, Finance, Marketing & IT.Background and experienceA minimum of 5 years’ end-to-end recruitment experience is preferred within a reputed organization.Candidates with direct headhunting experience will only be considered.Candidates who have worked on roles based inside & outside India.This position is a six-months contract role.Candidates who are well-versed with volume recruitment will only be considered.ATS experience – preferably SAP Success Factors, Taleo or Workday.Competencies and skillsInterviewing assessment skillsProblem-solvingAnalytical skillsTeamworkThis is an On-site role.
